As COO, he oversees day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, patient outcomes, and sustainable growth — and is widely recognized as a mentor, innovator, and trusted leader in home-based care.

Lisa Quercetti is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in post-acute care, including home health and remote patient monitoring. Throughout her career, Lisa has been guided by a deep commitment to care and compassion — values that define every interaction she has with patients and care teams alike.
